Terms and Conditions

General terms and eligibility

The casino accepts adults aged at least 18, or the higher age required where they live, only where participation is permitted. Players must check applicable law and the operator’s country restrictions. A country missing from registration must not be bypassed by selecting another one. English terms take precedence; the operator may update them.

Currency, fees and taxes

Accounts support NZD and additional currencies, including cryptocurrencies. The source terms list EUR, USD and NZD. Players are responsible for relevant payment-provider charges and taxes; the casino describes not charging a transaction commission.

Game and betting rules

Each game and sports market has its own rules. The terms require deposits to be wagered at least three times for casino/live casino play or once for sports before withdrawal. Confirmed bets generally cannot be changed; review account records for accepted wagers.

Sports settlement

The original terms cover single and multiple bets, dead heats, handicaps, totals, period markets, outright markets and live betting. Cancelled selections, abandoned events, withdrawals and schedule changes are settled under the relevant market rules. The linked source contains the detailed sport-specific definitions and exceptions.

Results and disputes

Official results and the operator’s server records are used for settlement. The terms set different claim periods for different disputes, including seven days for a settled-bet dispute and ten calendar days for certain result complaints. It describes reviewing claims within thirty days.

Game availability and technical errors

Provider and jurisdiction restrictions may limit games. Incorrect credits or winnings arising from errors may be recovered. Players must report errors and must not exploit them. The casino does not operate as a bank and does not pay account interest.

One personal account

Only one personal account is permitted. It must not be shared with third parties or minors. Duplicate accounts, false details or use by another person can lead to closure and recovery or withholding of related funds.

Fraud and promotion abuse

The operator may investigate manipulation, payment fraud, false identities, collusion and bonus abuse. Suspected misconduct can lead to suspended payments, account closure, confiscation and disclosure to relevant authorities.

Identity verification

Identification, payment evidence and address documents may be requested. The policy describes additional selfie, phone or video checks where needed. Documents are uploaded through the official account. Failure to complete a required verification procedure within two weeks may lead to closure and confiscation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals use Visa and Mastercard. Verification and method-specific limits apply. The original terms mention processing of up to three days for some options and instalments where a request exceeds a method limit. No instant payout is promised here.

Deposits

Payments must use a method belonging to the account holder. Deposit methods include cards, e-wallets and cryptocurrencies. Method availability and limits are shown by the casino’s cashier.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to the operator’s verification, payment-provider and transaction rules. Fraudulent or unauthorised card transactions may be returned to the card and reported. The terms permit refusal where a refund is below the provider’s minimum.

Inactive accounts

After twelve consecutive months without login or logout, the terms allow a monthly administrative fee of €10 or its equivalent, capped at the remaining balance. Charges stop at zero balance or when the account is reactivated.

Complaints and privacy

Contact casino support first. Unresolved complaints may be escalated through management and then an appropriate independent body or regulator identified by the operator. The privacy policy explains the operator’s use and retention of personal information.
